Account Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data. Here's the process:

  1. Send an email to support@vedaloop.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and school name (if applicable)
  3. Our team will verify your identity and process the request
  4. All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Note: School administrators can request deletion of their entire school's data. Individual parents and teachers can request deletion of their personal accounts.

Data Access Request

Under FERPA and COPPA principles, you have the right to access your personal data or your child's education records stored on our platform.

To request a copy of your data:

  1. Email support@vedaloop.in with the subject "Data Access Request"
  2. Specify what data you'd like to access (e.g., attendance records, marks, personal information)
  3. We will verify your identity and provide the requested data within 15 business days

Parents can also view most of their child's data directly through the VedaLoop Parent App.
